By accessing or using Ruflo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 / Description of Service
Ruflo provides AI-powered developer tools including code review, business automation, and lead generation services for Indian developers and small businesses.
03 / User Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) not misuse the Service for illegal purposes; (c) not reverse-engineer or copy our tools; (d) comply with all applicable Indian laws.
04 / Payments & Refunds
Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be honored. After 14 days, all sales are final.
05 / Intellectual Property
All content, code, and materials provided by Ruflo are our property. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of our tools or generated outputs.
06 / Limitation of Liability
Ruflo provides tools "as-is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use of our tools. Total liability is limited to the amount paid.
07 / Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of West Bengal.
08 / Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
